Mitcham Community Film Club Registration

  • The first film society was founded in 1925, starting nearly 100 years of volunteer-led film exhibition.

  • Community cinemas and film societies bring film to all areas of the country – 31% of community screens operate in rural areas, compared to only 3% of commercial venues.

  • From libraries, village halls, buses and skateparks – community cinema screenings can take place anywhere.

WHY JOIN A COMMUNITY FILM CLUB?

Community cinemas are a local, affordable, volunteer-led spaces that bring great cinema to all corners of the UK. With more than 1600 community cinemas and film societies across the UK, and with volunteer-led cinemas are great way to bring the latest releases, arthouse cinema, foreign language cinema and family classic straight to your local community.

 

MEMBERSHIP PRICING

This is paid annually and is renewable on a 12-monthly basis according to your joining date.

​

Adults full member                  £10 a year

Adults 0ver 60                      £5 a year

Low income concessions         £5 a year

**A member may purchase a maximum of 4 guest tickets for a performance**

​

You must be a member in order to purchase tickets.​​

​

  • ·       Priority booking for members and their guests

  • ·       Members pay only £8 to see each film 

  • ·       Bring 4 guests for £12 each

  • ·       Under 18 guest tickets £5

​

​ Mitcham Community Cinema Club membership is open to all over the age of 18.  Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult member and adhere to the age guideline ratings for showings.
